My mother in law Beverly Kelly was laid to rest today and The Kelly family is so pleased with the services Patterson provided for us.. Our mother looked amazing her service turned out absolutely perfect. The staff showed exceptional hospitality and sympathy towards the family. My dad past away the day before father's day. It was a shock without a doubt. I was clueless and did not know what to do. Me and my sister had to make all the arrangements. I checked a couple places and no help or high price. Mr. Roger at Patterson's was amazing very kind and helpful. When I explained what we needed and wanted he understood and walked us through the process. They are a godsend. The viewing was beautiful they did such an amazing job. In December 2020, Patterson Funeral Services was recommended to me by someone who had pre-planned his father’s funeral. His experience was so positive, that I made an appointment to pre-plan my mother’s funeral. The price—including every amenity I wished—was less than half what I had paid for my father’s funeral thirteen years ago. On June 8, 2021, my mother, 92, who had been in memory care for three years, had a health crisis and was transferred to inpatient hospice, where she lingered for two weeks before passing away. She had grown painfully thin, and had battled a severe case of conjunctivitis in her left eye for months. I worried her clothes would appear ill-fitting and her face would bear the signs of her recent suffering and ill health. I was entirely mistaken. After her body was prepared, there was no sign of a blemish on her face and her clothes were perfectly arranged. Seeing her appear so beautiful was an immense comfort to me. Darryl and Roger and their assistants are true gentlemen, considerate, compassionate, and utterly professional. Their genuine concern and expertise made the experience of saying goodbye to my mother a cherished memory I will always treasure.

Best kept secret in Jacksonville! If you lose someone you love, I recommend Patterson’s. They are truly a God send. I was stricken by shock and grief and they just loved me and cared for me when I lost my baby sister. When a family is going through one of life’s major traumas, what they want most is to feel cared for. The patience and helpfulness of their staff members and the fact that the funeral director, Valerie Glover, took the time to listen to and understand my needs, helped me tremendously. It’s no wonder why they have a 5-star rating. They are knowledgeable in A LOT of the religious music, practices, customs, traditions, and even helped with recommendations for my sister. One of the most important things you can do for a family is help them celebrate what was unique about their loved one. Thankfully, Patterson’s went above and beyond for our family. They personalized their services to fit our families’ needs instead of giving us a cookie-cutter service. They have services to fit every budget. Patterson’s is very inviting, clean and comfortable; it gives a very home-like feeling. My sister’s physical viewing was done naturally and with great care. They try to schedule only one funeral at a time, and it makes a huge difference. Their service is impeccable. They help you through the entire process of loss, mourning and most important… celebrating your loved one’s life with the dignity that they deserve! Darryl and his team showed respect and professionalism from the beginning to the end giving us peace of mind and closure. Patterson's services and the facility was so amazing! All staff were amazing with kind hearts. They were not service providers, they were families. I demanded many things but nothing impossible. The most thing that I appreciate was all staff from Patterson treated my dad so nicely with warm hearts. I would highly recommend Patterson for those looking for the best service for their love ones.

WOW, WOW, WOW... Believe me when I say: The challenge of finding a proper Funeral Home or Crematory when you are distressed and distraught over the loss of a loved one is probably one of the hardest things you have to do in your life. Believe me when I say that Patterson Crematory and funeral home rise above the occasion. My brothers and I where treated so professional, the facilities are outstanding, the warmth that they gave us is extraordinary, and I cannot see anyone going to another Funeral Home or Crematory for any of their burial needs for family members other than Patterson.

Today my family laid to rest my Uncle James H. Smith. I had not part in making arrangements for his funeral but I can say that this facility was top notch. It was very clean, decorated beautifully and very welcoming to my family. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

In the past 5 months my family has had to lay to rest 5 loved ones. My uncle Gregory Bryant was entrusted to L&P cremation and funeral service. This was our first time doing business with them. Throughout the entire experience there all I could think was, "why couldn't we have stumbled across this place first?" Beyond satisfied and impressed. Our loved one looked his best. The facility was impeccable. The attention to detail inside and out convinced me that my uncle was receiving quality work. The customer service was professional yet comforting. There was never an awkward feeling while there, and did I mention we were never approached with that weird funeral home feel or smell. Even though it was a sad occasion for my mother in law Lamkins and Patterson made it comforting. The facility was amazing, and staff outstanding. They have the best price in town and in my opinion better quality. Several years ago we had to have a service for my father in law at H&G it was over twice the cost and half the quality.

This by far is THE BEST FUNERAL HOME in the Jacksonville area. The services they provided for family and friends was above and beyond. The young lady that works there is such a doll and has a great spirit she made sure we all celebrated the life of Mr. Cecil Pate. I would recommend this funeral home and its services to anyone! I am 71 yrs. and attended may services, but this is the first service I've attended that I felt Royal. Lampjins Patterson had secure escort service throughout . All intersions or roads were secured and blocked. The destinations accompany by service. The people are very personal and love family involvement. Please Use!!.

On Mother's Day of this year, our beloved Mother/Grandmother passed. She was 104 years old and lived a long, meaningful life. She was very special to us and it was important for us to honor and celebrate her life in a positive, uplifting manner. Lampkins Patterson made this a reality for us. Losing a loved one can be painful and challenging. We were blessed to have Lampkins Patterson to take care of her final arrangements. Their staff handled all details from the initial consultation to closure and this was all done with the highest level of dignity and respect. Our priorities and concerns became their priorities. The entire staff was kind, caring, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. In addition, they exercised the ultimate level of professionalism. Their facility is non-traditional yet very comforting and inviting. We commend them for their genuine uniqueness and truly believe that they are one of the best in Florida. Their level of expertise and service was exceptional and their support and compassion made this transition seamless. They successfully anticipated, responded to and met all of our needs. Christine was extremely helpful in helping me navigate through everything that I had to do to take care of my husband and see his wishes were met.
